Located in Vienna, Virginia, Project Myers Cir by Monarch Custom Homes is a refined example of modern residential design, defined by clean geometry, bold contrasts, and thoughtfully layered materials. The exterior blends smooth Snowball stucco, Iron Ore lap siding, and Cityscape-toned horizontal siding, creating a balanced monochromatic palette. Black Andersen windows, a Milan double wood front door, and a black frosted-glass Haas garage door reinforce the home’s crisp modern identity. Fir-stained porch ceilings, Bluestone flooring, and warm wood accents soften the exterior and introduce a natural, welcoming touch.
Inside, the design emphasizes openness, light, and linear architectural detail. The home features indirect-lit tray ceilings, minimalist trims, and rectangular baseboards in a bright palette colors. Dark Iron Ore interior doors create striking contrast, while frosted-glass doors and a modern barn door add soft-transitional touches.
The open staircase serves as a sculptural element with natural oak treads, black horizontal metal railings, and black stringers, illuminated by a geometric multi pendant light fixture.
The kitchen continues the modern aesthetic with glossy white and matte black slab cabinetry, Carrara Gold quartz countertops, a full backsplash of white tile, a waterfall island, and three sleek pendant lights under a floating LED-lit ceiling design.
Bathrooms throughout the home incorporate Monarch’s signature spa like detailing floating vanities, large format tile walls, expressive wall to wall niches, frameless glass, and matte black fixtures. The primary bath stands out with a freestanding tub, dual rain and standard showerheads, linear drainage, and dramatic mirrors framed by black sconces.
The lower level includes a modern wet bar with matte black cabinets and light wood accents, a bright contemporary laundry room with herringbone tile flooring, a mudroom with Iron Ore cabinetry and herringbone tile walls, and a dramatic media room painted entirely in Iron Ore for a cinematic experience. A fully equipped exercise room with full wall mirrors and LED-enhanced ceiling design completes the home’s lifestyle-focused amenities.
A thoughtful balance of modern minimalism and warm contemporary texture, this home embodies Monarch’s commitment to clean design, elevated materials, and timeless architectural detail.
