Project Crim Dell

Located in Tyson, Virginia, Project Crim Dell by Monarch Custom Homes is an elegant showcase of modern transitional design, where clean geometry, refined materials, and natural warmth come together in perfect balance.

The exterior blends smooth Sto White stucco with Arctic White lap siding and European ledgestone, creating a sophisticated mix of texture and tone. The Virginia Slate Grey shingle roof and black metal accents lend architectural depth, while Andersen black casement windows and black fascia and gutters define crisp modern lines.
A stained wood front door with frosted glass sidelights anchors the entry, complemented by bluestone porch and patio flooring, wood-stained soffits, and LED soffit lighting that highlights the home’s sculptural rhythm. Vertical black railings and Haas frosted-glass garage doors extend the clean modern aesthetic to the rear façade, where a covered deck and sunken patio connect indoor and outdoor living.

Inside, Project Crim Dell features bright, open interiors finished in Alabaster walls and white trims and doors. The family room showcases a dramatic two-story fireplace wall clad in Concrete look tiles, paired with floating wood shelves and indirect LED lighting for warmth and contrast.
The kitchen combines functionality and sophistication with white shaker cabinetry, a Benjamin Moore Gray island, and stainless-steel appliances, balanced by a spacious butler’s area. The chevron wood flooring on the main level adds texture and movement, leading to a floating staircase with black metal railings and wood treads that tie the design together.

The primary bathroom continues the modern aesthetic with dark-gray floating vanities, frameless glass showers, matte-black fixtures, and wall-to-wall niches. Secondary bathrooms repeat the same thoughtful detailing with cement-look tiles, gray cabinetry, and simple, light-reflective finishes. The powder room adds drama through LED-lit mirrors extending from baseboard to ceiling, accenting dark feature walls.

In the basement, a media room with tray-ceiling lighting, rubber-floored gym, and wet bar provide comfortable modern spaces for recreation and relaxation.

Project Crim Dell exemplifies Monarch’s vision of refined modern living, a home defined by light, and timeless architectural balance.
