A striking example of Monarch’s architectural precision, Project Colby redefines modern residential design with bold geometry, sophisticated material layering, and seamless interior exterior integration.
The façade showcases a composition of Iron Ore Hardie panels, vertical NewTech siding in Spanish Walnut, and Pewter Honed real stone arranged in a refined vertical pattern, deep overhangs, LED-lit soffits, and cantilevered concrete stairs with indirect lighting give the entry a sculptural presence, while black Anderson 100 series windows and dark walnut finished doors enhance the minimalist sophistication.
Inside, the design unfolds in a palette of Argos Grey and Iron Ore, accentuated by black recessed lighting, glass railings, and walnut detailing. The open staircase floats over a circular planter of black river pebbles with indirect LED lighting, setting a tone of organic modernism.
The kitchen pairs Marina Black Soapstone countertops with slab front cabinetry and a three sided waterfall islanD, a study in luxury minimalism. The owner’s suite and bathrooms reflect a hotel inspired aesthetic: floating walnut vanities, LED-backlit mirrors, and porcelain black tile walls create contrast and warmth.
The basement wet bar and outdoor deck with Phantom screens and stained wood ceilings extend the home’s contemporary rhythm, while indirect lighting throughout enhances architectural form and flow.
Project Colby captures Monarch’s philosophy at its finest modern design that feels sculpted, lived-in, and effortlessly refined.
